Roko Blažević is a Croatian pop vocalist whose emotive power and classical crossover influence have earned him international recognition. Born March 10, 2000, in Split to a musical family, Roko began performing young and quickly rose to prominence. He won Serbia’s Pinkove Zvezdice in 2017, placed second in Croatia’s Zvijezde in 2018, and trained under Eurovision star Jacques Houdek.
In 2019, Roko captured national attention by winning Croatia’s Dora competition with his bilingual ballad “The Dream,” which topped the HR Top 40 and led him to represent Croatia at Eurovision. While he didn’t advance to the finals, his performance showcased his rich tone, dynamic range, and commanding stage presence.
Since then, Roko has continued to grow his career, performing across Europe and abroad, including a 2024 appearance in Manhattan Beach, California, with Klapa More.
