Dominic DePatta is a born and raised Las Vegas native who has worked in the catering and high end food service industry for 34 years from the young age of 10 years old. Under the tutelage of his father Chef Paul DePatta, Dominic grew up with classical Escoffier training and under his mother Kathleen DePatta he has become the go-to-source for top-tier catering and event planning. Dominic has prepared his cuisine for the likes of Bill Clinton, Bernie Sanders, Heavy-Weight Champion Mike Tyson, the Department of Energy, the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, the General Motors executive board, as well as countless other celebrities, politicians, fortune 500 companies and major corporate retailers. Dominic brings a combination of old Vegas flare with classical and contemporary influences ranging from the Vegas of yesteryear to the peak of culinary innovation that Las Vegas has become synonymous with.
