Jacob Chidester

Jacob Chidester is a versatile guitarist and singer who brings energy and skill to every live performance. Known for his work with world-class productions like Jersey Boys, Rock of Ages, and Spiegelworld’s OPM, Jacob has become a prominent figure on the Las Vegas Strip and beyond. Born and raised in Las Vegas, his career began early as a touring guitar technician for artists such as Jason Mraz, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, and Boz Scaggs. After high school, Jacob hit the road, gaining invaluable experience as a guitar tech and stage manager while touring with these big names.

While attending UNLV, he became deeply involved in the local music scene, performing in casinos and showrooms, and honing his skills as a session musician under the mentorship of Jazz legend Joe Lano. His adaptability has been showcased in theater performances, where he played guitar, bass, drums, and even contributed vocals during the Jersey Boys National Tour. Now back in Las Vegas, Jacob continues to impress with his work in Rock of Ages and Spiegelworld’s Opium, establishing himself as a must-see performer in the city’s thriving entertainment scene.
