Sophia James

Sophia James, whose legal name is Sophia Wackerman, is an Australian-born American singer-songwriter. The Los Alamitos High School graduate and UCLA student rose to prominence in Season 18 of American Idol, making the top 10 in the show. In that same year of 2020, she picked up a large following on TikTok. Her debut EP, Stand Beneath the Sky, was released in 2021.
