The Plate Scrapers

The Plate Scrapers are a five-piece progressive bluegrass band with banjo, guitar, fiddle, dobro, and bass, built on the energy of jam circles, potlucks, and Appalachian string-band tradition. Since 2014, they have released multiple studio and live albums and developed a road-tested sound that moves between hard-driving bluegrass, country ballads, folk lyricism, and original material with a wider set of jazz, rock, and funk influences.
